Catherine Schraegle

Catherine A. Schraegle was born and raised here in Dallas. While an undergraduate at Southern Methodist University, she was a Hunt Scholar, National Merit Scholar, Rotunda Scholar, parliamentarian of Gamma Phi Beta Sorority for two terms, founding father of SMU’s Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity, member of Golden Key International Honour Society, and very active in SMU Catholic Campus Ministry. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English with Honors in 2012.

Catherine attended law school at Texas Tech University School of Law, where she was active in both moot court and mock trial. She served as Director of Special Events for the Board of Barristers, Executive Online Codicil Editor of the Estate Planning and Community Property Law Journal (in which her Student Comment was published), and head sales representative for Themis Bar Review Company. She graduated with her Doctorate of Jurisprudence in May 2016 and was admitted to the Texas Bar in November 2016.

After interning in Family IV-D court under the Honorable Sean K. Finn and practicing at a plaintiff’s personal injury firm, Catherine joined The Berry Firm in 2017. Her areas of practice are mostly personal injury, products liability, and medical malpractice. When she’s not zealously advocating for her clients in the courtroom, you can find Catherine practicing hot yoga, baking, fishing in a kayak in Arkansas, or spending time with her big family around the metro.
