Linda Maloney, Partner

Linda Maloney is a 20-year trial attorney with extensive experience handling a variety of legal matters. Maloney is licensed in Texas, but has handled cases throughout the United States including Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington, Tennessee, California and Louisiana. She practices in state and federal court and is admitted before the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western District Courts of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

While an undergraduate, Maloney participated in Model United Nations, organizing and creating West Texas Model United Nations, a key program to understanding international affairs and conflicts. While in Law School, she was invited to serve on Law Review and served two years on the prestigious Board of Barristers. Since law school, she has been actively involved in her community being a member of a local Board of Directors and serving as Precinct Chairman for her local district.

Maloney believes in aggressively working cases. She believes the initial investigation of a legal matter allows for better and more successful evaluation, management, and prosecution/defense of the case. She believes it is important to work closely with clients and witnesses to achieve targeted goals.
